• This executive is responsible for maintaining a program of monitoring continuous quality improvement. • Co-ordinate with ground employee and administration on routine matters and during emergency • Monitor back of the house areas with particular attention to unauthorized entry and exit points • Ensure all systems function smoothly and to initiate immediate corrective action when fault is detected • Assist Management, colleagues and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives • Assist Supervisors on duty on monitoring & manpower deployment
- Conduct inventory on keys, passes, and all other accountable stock
- Responsible for the cleanliness of Security Room and the surrounding areas
- Maintain records in respective Log Books & mileage for future reference
- In the absence of the Security guards on duty or when the guards are unreached through phone calls, keeps Branch manager, operation Managers & site managers, mobile patrol commanders, watch commanders and field supervisors informed on the latest development of situation in a crisis
